Information we process
When you contact us, we process the details you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, location and enquiry. Smart download and campaign QR links may record campaign ID, source, medium, device category, operating system, destination, timestamp and the referring website’s origin.
What we do not collect through QR analytics
Our QR analytics do not intentionally store your IP address, precise location or unnecessary personal information. The website uses a request-scoped anonymous identifier by default. A persistent analytics identifier is used only after an applicable consent mechanism records permission.
How information is used
We use information to answer enquiries, provide charging services, understand campaign performance, improve the app-download journey, prevent misuse and maintain service security.
App stores and external services
The smart download link redirects mobile visitors to Apple’s App Store or Google Play. Those services process information under their own privacy policies. A store redirect does not prove that an app was installed.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for legitimate operational, analytical, legal and security needs. We apply access controls and restrict public access to server-side analytics records.
